Refund & Cancellation Policy
THIS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY OUTLINES THE TERMS UNDER WHICH CURIOSITY QUEST PRIVATE LIMITED ("WE", "US", "OUR") WILL PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE ON WWW.OCTAKIDZ.COM. BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
1. Courier Not Initiated:
If the physical booklet or kit has not been dispatched or couriered, you may request a full refund.
2. Refund Requested Within 2 Days of Payment:
A refund request made within 48 hours of the transaction will be honoured provided less than 10% of the content has been accessed.
3. Duplicate or Multiple Payments:
If multiple payments were made for the same service due to bank, payment gateway, or technical errors, we will initiate a refund for the excess amount.
4. Incorrect Amount Debited
If the user is charged an incorrect amount due to system errors or payment gateway discrepancies, the excess amount will be refunded.
5. Incorrect Course Selection:
If the user has enrolled in the wrong program by mistake:
- We will make course corrections on the backend upon written request.
- If the selected course is of lower value, the excess amount will be refunded.
- If the selected course is of higher value, the user will need to pay the difference to continue.
6. Technical Access Issues (Verified):
In cases where the user is unable to access paid services for more than 5 consecutive days due to platform-side issues (verified by our support team), a pro-rated refund may be issued or access may be extended.
7. Ineligible Program Access Detected:
If we detect that a user has accessed content beyond the permitted level (e.g., more than 10% of course content), we reserve the right to decline a refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Request made after 2 days of payment unless specified above.
- Booklet or physical kit has already been shipped or delivered.
- User has accessed a significant portion of the program.
- Subscription has lapsed or expired.
- Refunds for partial completion or dissatisfaction without valid technical or access-related reasons.
8.Refund Timeline and Mode
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
- In case of payment gateway delays, users may follow up with their respective banks for final crediting.
9. Modifications & Discretion
Curiosity Quest Private Limited reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. All decisions related to refunds are at the sole discretion of the company and will be considered final and binding.
